Hanoi (VNA) – The National Assembly (NA)Standing Committee looked into feedback on two draft laws at a meeting in Hanoion October 29.

The draft Law on Medical Examination andTreatment (revised) and the draft Inspection Law (revised) were tabled for discussion atthe ongoing fourth session of the 15th National Assembly.

The committee members and Deputy Prime Minister Vu DucDam agreed on the need to continue to review, adjust and collect feedback from NAdeputies on the draft Law on Medical Examination and Treatment, especially thecontents regarding financial autonomy and management at health facilities.

For the draft Inspection Law (revised), the full-timelegislators looked into regulations on the establishment of inspection agencies,operational financing and the issuance of inspection conclusions./.
