A plan to preserve the Luy lau Citadel is being devised up by thenorthern province of Bac Ninh’s Department of Culture, Sports andTourism.
The two-month project will be implemented in 2014 to restore the seriously degraded Phi Tuong Pagoda and Sy Nhiep Temple.
