The NEU Career Expo 2018 will be held by the National Economics University (NEU) on April 15, serving as a meeting place for businesses and students of economics.
Hanoi (VNA) – The NEU Career Expo2018 will be held by the National Economics University (NEU) on April 15, servingas a meeting place for businesses and students of economics.
According to Vice President of the universityPham Hong Chuong, about 40 firms and organisations have registered toparticipate in the event. They are set to recruit nearly 2,000 workers invarious fields such as personnel, audit, finance-banking, marketing andbusiness administration, among others.
The event aims to create favourableconditions for students to seek career opportunities and meet the demands ofbusinesses and labour market. A series of seminars will be held during theevent with the participation of well-known speakers from major domestic andforeign firms.
At the NEU Career Expo 2018, participantscould also join a reality programme of the Vietnam Television, which aims toprovide soft skills for students.
The event will take place at the universityfrom 7.30am to 4pm.-VNA
The demand for human resources in Ho Chi Minh City is forecast to rise 2-3 percent annually to reach 4.61 million labourers by 2020 and 5.34 million labourers by 2025.
