Hanoi (VNA) – A new employment mobileapplication, called iWork, has been developed by iWork Service JSC and will makedebut this September.

The application will match job seekers and employers usingartificial intelligence. It will provide information on millions of online jobsfor iOS and Android users.

It is expected to reduce up to 50 percent of recruitingcosts for employers and help candidates contact with businesses online.

The application is convenient thanks to its features toquickly match jobs and find a job close to the user’s location, said JohnNguyen from iWork Service JSC. Particularly, it will allow employers andcandidates to exchange messages online via Live Chat while its online interviewfeature will enable candidates to save time and travel expenses, he added.

The company plans to further develop iWork so theapplication will offer employment opportunities not only in Vietnam but also inother markets like the UK, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Taiwan (China),Malaysia and Thailand. –VNA
