Hanoi (VNA) – Over 4,100 papers have been submittedonline to the national public service portal since its launch on December 9,accounting for 19 percent of the total.
According to the Administrative Procedures Control Agency, the portal provided over13,400 accounts as of December 25, more than 13,300 of them are for individualsand the remaining for enterprises.
There were 5.49million visits to the website and over 47,300 papers were submitted.
Its hotline answered more than 1,000 calls and received 268 feedback from thepublic and businesses./.
Together with the capital city of Hanoi and the southern economic hub of Ho Chi Minh City, Quang Ninh has become ready to connect with the national public service portal – which will be launched at the end of November 2019.
The national public service portal, an electronic platform to connect the Government with people and enterprises, was officially opened nationwide on December 9 after nine months of construction.
