Over 450 infringing domain names detected: VNNIC

The Vietnam Internet Network Information Centre (VNNIC)’s automatic monitoring system has so far detected more than 450 domain names, including 357 international ones, with signs of violation related to e-commerce and banking.

Hanoi (VNA) – The Vietnam Internet Network Information Centre (VNNIC)’s automatic monitoring system has sofar detected more than 450 domain names, including 357 international ones, with signs of violation related to e-commerce and banking.

In the first half of 2022, the centre completed the developme🧜nt of a tool to automatically review website domainnames, which has helped reꦐview and handle those with infringement signs,especially related to e-commerce and banking.

According to Director of VNNIC NguyenHong Thang, in May alone, the centre coordinated with relevant agencies to provideinformation on 47 domain names with violations, including 42 international ones.

The unit also suspended the operation of 23 domain names with infringement,including 17 international ones.

In the remainder of 2022, the VNNICwill put an automatic monitoring proces🐟s into operation to early detect,🐓prevent and handle violations on the internet./.

PM calls for cooperation with Swede𝓀n in nꦑuclear energy technology

The PM revealed Vietnam’s plan to develop nuclear power in the near future, and called on the Swedish side to assist Vietnam in developing and refining legal and policy frameworks for the use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes; training and developing human resources; ensuring nuclear safety; and conducting training and drills to improve incident management capabilities.
