Overseas Vietnamese students laud Japanese Government support

Starting from March 14, Japan has relaxed its COVID-19 border controls and allowed entry by international students. The Japanese Government also decided to implement an emergency programme for foreign students affected by COVID-19, which has been warmly welcomed by Vietnamese students.
