Hanoi  (VNA) –Overseas Vietnamese (OVs) have been encouraged to register for joining theannual “Xuan Que Huong” (Homeland Spring) programme scheduled to take place atthe National Convention Centre in Hanoi on February 7, 2018.

The programme, jointly held by the State Committee for Overseas VietnameseAffairs under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Hanoi People’s Committee,is expected to see the attendance of President Tran Dai Quang and other Partyand State leaders, together with representatives of Hanoi and ministries,agencies and localities.

The event will feature performances by famous domestic and foreign artists.
