Hanoi, (VNA) – General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee Nguyen Phu Trong chaired an official welcome ceremony at the highest level for a head of state for US Pr♚esident Joseph R. Biden, Jr. on September 10 aftern🐻oon.
The visit takes place when the two countries are marking the 10th anniversary of their Comprehensive Partnership.

High-level visits of Vietnamese and US leaders have motivated the growth of Vietnam-US bilateral relations on the foundation of mutual benefit, equality and respect for each other’s independence, sovereignty and political institution.
