PM Phuc’s trip to attend the second Belt andRoad Forum, made at the invitation of General Secretary of the Communist Partyof China Central Committee and President of China Xi Jinping, takes placeamidst the stable development and new strides in the two countries’ relations.
Regular mutual high-level visits and meetingshave helped enhance political trust between the two sides. Exchange andcooperation mechanisms at different levels and between their sectors andlocalities have continued to be implemented effectively.
