Hanoi, (VNA) – The sub-committee on the organisation of the 12th National Party Congress convened its fourth session in Hanoi on November 5, discussing a report on agencies’ preparations for the important event so far.
Members of the sub-committee also considered the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s proposal on a number of issues related to the organisation of the congress.
Addressing the event, Le Hong Anh, Politburo member, standing member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat and head of the sub-committee, praised the active and prompt moves of agencies and units in preparing for the event.
He asked them to make more efforts to fulfill their assigned tasks and make proposals to the Politburo, the Secretariat and the sub-committee on necessary matters for timely consideration and resolution.
He emphasised that their good preparations will contribute to the success of the congress, which is slated for early 2016.-VNA
The resolution on such mechanisms aims to serve as a legal basis for opportunely dealing with difficulties and hindrances caused by legal regulations in important, priority, and urgent areas that require immediate settlement so as to unlock resources, facilitate economic development, and turn legislation into a competitive edge.
