Border guards in the northern province of Quang Ninh’s Mong Cai city saved a Chinese man found being drifted along the Bac Luan river during their patrol on early November 5.

Quang Ninh (VNA) – Border guards in the northernprovince of Quang Ninh’s Mong Cai city saved a Chinese man found being driftedalong the Bac Luan river during their patrol on early November 5.

The victim was found in poor health conditions, with blood onhis head. He was immediately brought out of the water and received first aid.

Under the care of military medical personnel at the Mong Caiinternational gate’s border unit, he has recovered well.

The man said his name is Bao Ying Chang. He is a resident inDongxing city, Guangxi province, China.

The man was returned to China late the same day./.
