Hanoi (VNA) – The real estate week Red Friday was officially launched in Hanoi onDecember 6, with many special promotion programmes on offer.

This is the first ever home-buying event to be held with such exceptionalincentives in Vietnam.

During the week, customers will havechance to own real estate products with attractive discounts of up to 30percent, which is higher than any promotion programme offered by developers sofar this year.

Nguyen Chi Thanh, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Realtors (VARS), saidthe event is an opportunity for investors to show their gratitude tohomebuyers.

It also gives opportunities for many people with real demand to own houseswithin their budget capacity, he added.

Buyers and investors are connected through thousands of real estate brokers acrossthe country, who are members of the VARS.

The event, held by the VARS, will witness the participation of many firms suchas Eurowindow Holdings, Hai Phat Invest, Sunshine Holdings, Hateco, MIK, TanHoang Minh, Ciputra, Gamuda, Hacinco, Vinaconex 2, and Taseco.

It is hoped to create a breakthrough for the realty property market by the endof the year before the Lunar New Year arrives. –VNA

Under a draft to amend and supplement the Government's Decree 125/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations of tax and invoice regulations, the Ministry of Finance has proposed classifying the failure to issue invoices into five different levels. Infraction levels will correspond to fines of 1 million VND to 80 million VND, depending on the nature and number of invoicing violations.
