Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam set the dailyreference exchange rate at 22,961 VND/USD on the morning of March 26, down by 3VND from the day earlier.

With the current trading band of  +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied bycommercial banks for the day is 23,649 VND/USD and the floor rate is 22,272VND/USD.

Commercial banks made changes to their rates.

At 8:15, Vietcombank posted the buying rate at 23,150 VND/USD and theselling rate at 23,250 VND/USD, unchanged from the morning of the day ago.

BIDV offered the same rates as that of Vietcombank, down by 5 VND fromthe morning of the day ago.

Meanwhile, at Techcombank, the buying and selling rates were 23,135 VND and23,255 VND/USD, up by 5 VND from the morning of March 25.-VNA
