With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 25,459 VND/USD and the floor rate 23,033 VND/USD.
At major commercial banks, the opening hour rates fluctuated variably.
At 8:03 am, Vietcombank listed the rates at 24,720 VND/USD (buying) and 25,090 VND/USD (selling), both up 10 VND from the previous day.
BIDV listed th꧃e buying rate at 24,740 VND/USD🥂 and the selling rate at 25,080 VND/USD./.
