The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) set the daily reference exchange rate at 23,129 VND per USD on November 6, down 6 VND from the previous day (November 5).

Hanoi (VNA) - The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) set the daily referenceexchange rate at 23,129 VND per USD onNovember 6, down 6 VND from the previous day (November 5).

With the current trading band of  +/- 3percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,829VND per USD and the floor rate at 22,435 VND/USD.

The opening hour rates at some commercialbanks stayed unchanged.

At 8:15 am, Vietcombank listed the buyingrate at 23,110 VND/USD, and theselling rate at 23,260 VND/USD, unchanged from the same time on November 5.

BIDV also kept both rates unchanged, with the buying rate listed at 23,140VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,260 VND/USD.

Similarly, Techcombank maintained bothrates unchanged at 23,130 VND/USD (buying)and the selling rate at 23,270 VND/USD(selling)./.
