Reference exchange rate goes up by 4 VND

The State Bank of Vietnam set its reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,466 VND/USD on the morning of November 21, up by 4 VND from the day ago.

Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam set its reference VND/USDexchange rate at 22,466 VND/USD on the morning of November 21, up by 4 VND fromthe day ago.

With thecurrent +/- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is 23,122VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,775 VND per USD.

Majorcommercial banks kept their rates quite stable.

Vietcombankset 22,675 VND (buying) and 22,745 VND (selling), per USD, unchanged from theday ago.

Vietinbankand BIDV retained their buying rate at 22,670 VND and their selling rate at22,740 VND, per USD, both down 5 VND.

Meanwhile, BIDV kept its rates unchanged from the previous day to 22.680 VND(buying) and 22.750 VND (selling), per USD.-VNA

Maximum fine of 3,000 USD proposed for violating invoice re🍌gulations
