Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam adjusted the dailyreference exchange rate up 10 VND to 22,683 VND/USD on August 30.
With the current trading band of+/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is23,363 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,003 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at commercial banks stayed stable.
Both Vietcombank and BIDV kepttheir rates unchanged from August 29, listing the buying rate at 23,255 VND/USDand the selling rate at 23,335 VND/USD.
The rates at Techcombank are alsomaintained at the same level as on August 29, at 23,235 VND/USD (buying) and23,340 VND/USD (selling).-VNA
The State Bank of Vietnam continued to adjust the daily reference exchange rate down for the third straight day, setting the rate at 22,673 VND/USD on August 29, 5 VND lower than the rate on the previous day.
Under a draft to amend and supplement the Government's Decree 125/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations of tax and invoice regulations, the Ministry of Finance has proposed classifying the failure to issue invoices into five different levels.
