With the current trading band of /- 3percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks on August 30 is 23,111VND and the floor rate 21,765 VND per USD.

BIDV also maintained the same rates as onAugust 29, at 22,695 VND (buying) and 22,765 VND (selling).
