Hanoi (VNA) – The dailyreference exchange rate for VND/USD on September 21 was kept unchanged from theprevious day at 22,446 VND/USD.
With the current trading band of+/-3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is23,118 VND/USD and the floor rate 21,774 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at majorcommercial banks continue to be stable for another day.
The greenback is being bought at22,690 VND per USD at Vietcombank, BIDV and Vietinbank, the same as onSeptember 20.
The three banks are selling USDat 22,760 VND per USD, also unchanged from rate on the previous day.-VNA
Under a draft to amend and supplement the Government's Decree 125/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations of tax and invoice regulations, the Ministry of Finance has proposed classifying the failure to issue invoices into five different levels.
