Hanoi (VNA) - The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily referenceexchange rate at 23,207 VND per USD on July 20, up 15 VND from the previousday.
With thecurrent trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercialbank during the day is 23,903 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,510 VND/USD.
The rateslisted at major commercial banks saw slight increases.
At 8:30 am,Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,890 VND/USD and the selling rate at23,120 VND/USD, up 10 VND from July 19.
BIDV alsoadded 10 VND to both rates, listing the buying rate at 22,920 VND/USD and theselling rate at 23,120 VND/USD./.
