Bangkok (VNA) – Vietnam’s Sanna Khanh Hoa wereꦦ stopped at the quarter-finals of the Asian Football Confederation Futsal Club Championship after losing 2 – 6 to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Thailand, on July 19.
The Vietnamese team was unable to keep control over the match after scoring the opener, gifting the UAE club, Dibba Al Hissin SCC, opportunities to win back the game and advance to the semi-finals.
Coach Dang Dinh Khang of Sanna Khanh Hoa said some of his players made mistakes, but they learned valuable experience through this championship.
He said he hopes that they will make more progress in the future.-VNA

This is the first time since the adoption of the Convention that a country has served two consecutive terms on the Committee. The outcome shows the trust and recognition that member states have given Vietnam for its efforts and achievements in carrying out and promoting the Convention, as well as for its active role, strong standing, and growing credibility at UNESCO.
