Hanoi (VNA)🎃 - The shooting of a film, jointly produced by Vietnam and India, has begun in Vietnam after a year’s preparation.

The film, entitled ‘Sam Hoi’ (Penitence), is being directed by well-known director Peter Hien, whose mother is of Vietnamese origin.
Vietnamese actors Binh Minh and Anh Thu play the main roles in the film, the post-production work of which will be done in India. The film will be released in Vietnam and India in 2017. Peter Hien has worked for many South Indian movies.
He drew the attention of critics and became famous in South India after the release of the magnum opus Magadheera. He received the Filmfare award for best action for his work in the Hindi version of the film Ghajini. He was action director of the 2015 epic Baahubali: The Beginning.-VNA
