The exercise demonstrated the Air Defence Task Force's capacity in respondingto potential air threats, with a 24/7 connected air defence system.
It drew the participation of 400 RSAF personnel as well as F-15SG fighteraircraft, AH-64D Apache helicopter, I-HAWK, SPYDER and RBS-70 Ground-Based AirDefence systems, said the ministry.
Speaking at the event, Singapore Chief of Air Force Major-General Mervyn Tan stressedthat the successful conduct of this exercise reflects RSAF's networked airdefence system and tight inter-agency coordination.-VNA
