The secondNational Party Congress, which was held in Tuyen Quang forest fromFebruary 11-19, 1951, was the first Party congress ever held in thecountry. The 14ha project covers aconference hall, houses where late President Ho Chi Minh and otherleaders lived and worked, a memorial house of fallen combatants andhouses for domestic and foreign participants to the meetings.
