Sympathies sent to Russia on heavy losses in Aeroflot plane incident

Hanoi (VNA) – Party General Secretary and President ofVietnam Nguyen Phu Trong on May 6 offered sympathies to Russian PresidentVladimir Putin on the heavy losses from the incident involving an Aeroflotplane at Sheremetyevo International Airport, Moscow.
The same day, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phucalso extended sympathies to his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev.
On May 5, an Aeroflot plane made an emergencylanding and caught fire at Sheremetyevo International Airport, only 30 minutesafter taking off from the airport. The incident killed 41 crew members andpassengers. –VNA
Russia is willing to assist Vietnam in developing its e-government via free-of-charge consultancy, technology transfer, and training of experts, said a Russian official.
