Hanoi (VNA) – President Vo Van Thuong onDecember 26 signed a decision on presenting gifts to revolutioncontributors on the occasion of 2024 Lunar New Year.
The beneficiaries include those holding the titles of HeroicVietnamese Mother, Hero of the People’s Armed Forces and Hero of Labour in theresistance wars, war invalids, and other contributors, and families of martyrs.
The gifts will range from 300,000 VND (12.33 USD) to600,000 VND./.
President Nguyen Xuan Phuc on January 10 visited and presented gifts to poor and disadvantaged households and Agent Orange/Dioxin victims in Hon Dat district of the Mekong Delta province of Kien Giang on the occasion of the traditional Lunar New Year (Tet) festival.
