Torpedo removed from sea off Khanh Hoa province

A torpedo discovered in the waters off the coast of An Hai commune, Tuy An district, central Phu Yen province as brought ashore safely on December 19 morning by competent forces.

Phu Yen (VNA) – A torpedo discoveredin the waters off the coast of An Hai commune, Tuy An district, central Phu Yenprovince was brought ashore safely on December 19 morning by competent forces.  

The torpedo was found on December 18, about four nautical miles offshore, by localfisherman Tran Minh Thanh.

After receiving information from Thanh, the An Hai border guard sent officersand soldiers to the site to coordinate with local authorities and fishermen tobring the torpedo ashore.

The torpedo, measuring 6.8m long with a diametre of 54cm, will be handed overto competent agencies for settlement.–VNA

Running from August 4 to September 2, under the hashtag #TuHaoVietNam, the campaign invites participants in two categories: “I Love My Country” video clips and “I Love My Country” check-in photos.
