Every year, on the fifth day of the first lunar month, young men of Thuy Linh village, Hanoi’s Hoang Mai district gather for a ball wrestling festival. The festival offers a chance to commemorate national heroes for their merits to the country and help young men improve their strength to safeguard the nation at the same time.
