Vietnam Airlines reschedules flights to/from Shanghai due to storm

The national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines has announced its plan to adjust the schedule of flights to and from Pudong International Airport in Shanghai, China on July 22 due to storm Ampil, which hit China’s eastern coast.

Hanoi (VNA) - The national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines has announced itsplan to adjust the schedule of flights to and from Pudong InternationalAirport in Shanghai, China on July 22 dueto storm Ampil, which hit China’s eastern coast.

Accordingly, the airline will move the departing and landing times at the airportfor four flights to after 20:00 (Shanghai time) on July 22 as required by theairport’s authorities. The affected flights are VN522, VN523, VN530 and VN531between Hanoi/ Ho Chi Minh City and Shanghai.

The carrier will continue to follow weather conditions and update passengers onfurther flight schedule adjustments.

Itrecommends passengers who intend to travel to or from Pudong airport inShanghai follow the storm’s movement and the carrier’s latest announcement via //www.vietnamairlines.com, its booking agentsnationwide or call its hotline 19001100. -VNA
