General Secretary of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Dato’ Windsor John sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) Le Khanh Hai for Vietnam’s U23 team having gained a berth in the finals of the 2020 AFC U23 Championship, said the AFF.
Vietnam are set to face Thailand in the final of the International U19 Football Tournament in Nha Trang city, the south central province of Khanh Hoa on March 30.
It is the first time that the country is to hold a G1-level tournament which is expected to lure more than 100 athletes of 15 countries and regions at Go Vap Gymnasium.
