Minister of Transport Dinh La Thang and Finnish Minister of EconomicAffairs Jan Vapaavuori signed a bilateral agreement on air transportbetween the two countries on October 20 in Hanoi.
Theagreement comprises 26 articles and an appendix on a number ofregulations, including transport rights, appointed airlines andaircrafts, fees, equal competition rules and air security safety.
Once the agreement is implemented, it will not only create favourableconditions for the assigned airlines to take advantage of the respectiveaviation markets and third party markets, but also promote bilateralcooperation on economics, trade, tourism and cultural exchanges in thenear future.
