Vietnam signed two accords of educational and research cooperation withHessen State of Germany in Wiesbaden on May 4.
The signing was part of an ongoing visit to the European country by adelegation from the Ministry of Education and Training (MET) and theVietnam-Germany University , led by MET Minister Pham Vu Luan.
