Vietnam, Laos step up inspection work

On January 31 in Vientiane, the Vietnamese delegation led bypermanent deputy head of the commission Mai The Duong had a workingsession with a delegation of the Lao Party Central Committee's Inspection Commission and Government Inspectorate headed by Thongsi Uonlasi, who isdeputy head of the commission and Deputy Inspector General.

The Lao official expressed his thanks for the support of Vietnam’sInspection Commission and Government Inspectorate in sharing informationand documents as well as in training Lao personnel working in thisfield.

The help has contributed to promoting traditionalfriendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between thetwo Parties, States, peoples, and the two countries’ inspection officesas well, he affirmed.

At the meeting, both sides agreed to continue delegation exchange as well as information and experience sharing.-VNA
