Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnam’s U19 foot🍷ball team lost to Mexico♋4-0 in the first match of the Suwon JS Cup 2018 in the Republic of Korea onApril 18.

Head coach of Vietnam’s national senior footballteam, Park Hang-seo attended the game.

Save for Vietnam conceding a 22nd minute penalty which Mexicomissed, the two sides played out a fairly even, scoreless first half.

After the break, coach Diego Ramirez changed histactics and the Mexicans succeeded in scoring four goals to run out comfortablewinners

Vietnam will next face Morocco on April 20 at6pm and the Republic of Korea two days later at 4pm.

Vietnam am are one of four teams t༺aking partalongside the Republic of Korea, Mexico and Morocco in the tournament as awarm-up for the finals of the AFC U19 Championship in Indonesia between October18 and November 4.-VNA
