Lam Dong (VNA) - The Vietnam News Agency (VNA) and the Cent🍸ral Highlands province of Lam Dong have signed a news cooperation agreement to promote the locality’s potential.

The document was inked on October 18 by Secretary of the provincial Party’s Committee Nguyen Xuan Tien, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Doan Van Viet, and VNA General Director Nguyen Duc Loi.
Addressing the ceremony, VNA General Director Loi said VNA will increase news on socio-economic development, as well as the potential of the province at home and abroad, thus helping the locality lure more investment and tourists. Chairman Viet highlighted the contributions of the media outlets, including VNA, to the local socio-economic development.
He also requested relevant bodies to actively work with VNA. Under the agreement, the two sides will focus on introducing the achievements and potential of the province in hi-tech agriculture, poverty reduction, new style rural area building, forest protection, tourism development and making Da Lat a smart city. VNA will promote the locality’s policies and development orientations along with updating its programmes and projects on sustainable development.-VNA
