Top leaders of Vietnam and Poland have exchanged messages ofcongratulations on the occasion of the 70th founding anniversary ofdiplomatic relations between the two countries (February 4, 1950).

Thewell-wishers are General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and PresidentNguyen Phu Trong, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, National Assembly ChairwomanNguyen Thi Kim Ngan, and Polish President Andrzej Duda, Prime Minister MateuszMorawiecki, Speaker of the Sejm (lower house) Elzbieta Witek, and Speaker of the Senate TomaszGrodzki.
