Hanoi (VNA) – Deputy Foreign Minister Nguyen Quoc Dung on November 10 handed over a certificate recognising the Belgian Consul General to Hanoi to Jehanne Roccas, Belgian Ambassador to Vietnam🀅.

Dung congratulated Jehanne Roccas on her new post, hoping that she will continue making active contributions to fostering the Vietnam-Belgium relations. He pledged that his ministry is ready to cooperate with and support the Belgian diplomat in performing her tasks in Vietnam. For her part, Jehanne Roccas said she will do her utmost to promote the two nations’ relationship in all fields.-VNA
