Vietnamese students will be the first students to be trained at Russia’snewly opened nuclear training centre in Kaluga province’s Obninsk city.
Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia Bui Dinh Dinh on August 27 attended theopening ceremony of the International Training Centre for NuclearSpecialists in Obninsk city.
