Vietnamese, China foreign ministers hold phone talks

They were unanimousin fostering the Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic cooperativepartnership to a new level of development in 2014.

On this occasion, Minh and his Chinese counterpart exchanged views onregional and international issues of mutual concern, including recentdevelopments in Northeast Asia.-VNA
