Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh exchanged messages of greetings with Chinese Premier Li Qiang while National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hueexchanged congratulatory messages with Chairman of the Standing Committeeof the National People's Congress (NPC) of China Zhao Leji.
