Vietnamese, Chinese military officers hold exchange

Beijing (VNA) – A delegation of young officers from the Vietnam People’sArmy, led by lieutenant colonel Tran Viet Nang, is attending an exchange withtheir Chinese peers in Beijing from November 19 to 25.
On November20, the Vietnamese officers were received by Liu Zhong Bin, head of the Officefor International Military Cooperation’s Asia division, under the CommunistParty of China’s Central Military Commission.
Liu said he believesthe visit will help reinforce fruitful friendship between the two armies.
Stressingsound outcomes resulted from collaboration between Vietnamese and Chinese youngofficers and armies, he hoped more exchanges will be held to enhance tiestowards effectiveness.
For hispart, Nang stated the visit of his delegation aims to boost friendshipexchanges between the two armies and countries.
