Vietnamese leaders extend condolences over Washington DC plane crash
Upon learning about the January 29 plane crash in Washington, D.C., which resulted in multiple fatalities, State President Luong Cuong and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on January 31 sent messages of condolence to US President Donald Trump.

Hanoi (VNA) – Upon learning about the January 29 plane crash in Washington, D.C., which result♌ed in multiple fatalities, State President Luong Cuong and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh o🐬n January 31 sent messages of condolence to US President Donald Trump.
On the same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son also extended his condolences to US Secretary of State Marco Rubio./.
State President Luong Cuong on January 22 sent a message of condolences to his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan over a deadly fire at a ski resort in northwestern Türkiye.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son on January 14 sent condolences to US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and California Governor Gavin Newsom after learning about the devastating wildfires sweeping through Los Angeles, California, since January 7.
The trip will be made at the invitations of Chinese Premier Li Qiang and WEF President and CEO Børge Brende, according to an announcement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
