Vietnamese students graduate from Israel’s agricultural MSc course

Six Vietnamese students have completed an agricultural MSc programme, the fourth course, carried out under cooperation between the Arava International Centre for Agriculture Training (AICAT) and Tel Aviv University (TAU) of Israel.

– Six Vietnamese students have completed anagricultural MSc programme, the fourth course, carried out under cooperationbetween the Arava International Centre for Agriculture Training (AICAT) and TelAviv University (TAU) of Israel. 

A graduation ceremony was held for the Vietnamesestudents and seven others from Nigeria, Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda on February 19. 

In an interview with the Vietnam News Agency,Professor Nir Ohad from Tel Aviv University applauded efforts made by Vietnamesestudents during the course and expressed his hope that with knowledge gained inIsrael, they will contribute to Vietnam’s agriculture. 

Launched in 2014, the programme offers a goodopportunity for Vietnamese students to access Israel’s modern agriculturalknowledge and skills. Currently, there are four centres participating in theenrollment of students in Vietnam, including AICATA, Ramat Negev, Sdot Negevand Agrostudies.-VNA
