Vietnamese wins bronze in shooting

Vietnam pocketed a bronze medal in the first day of competition at the Asian Shooting Championships in Kuwait on November 3.

Hanoi, (VNA) – Vietnam pocketed a bronze medal in the first day of competition at the Asian Shooting Championships in Kuwait on November 3.

Vietnamese Iwaki Ai scored 184.5 points in the 10m air rifle women junior event.

Shi Mengyao of China (209.6 points) and Ho Xiu Yi from Singapore (206.2 points) took the gold and silver, respectively.

Vietnam take part in the championships with 13 marksmen taking part in the competition.

The tournament will last until November 11.-VNA

Vietnam re💃-elected to 2005 UNESCO Convention’s Intergovernmental Committee
