Vietnam’s gifts to disabled Russian children

Thedelegation, joined by representatives from the Association of OverseasVietnamese in Russia (AOVR), the Voice of the Heart Foundation (VHF),the Moscow Association of War Veterans, the United Russian Party andauthorities of Gagarin district granted teaching aids, miniature homeand infrastructure models to the school, which are expected to improvechildren’s living skills.

Established in 2009, theVFH has called on the Vietnamese and Russian firms, individuals andorganisations to provide financial assistance for Russian unfortunatekids.

Earlier on May 31, the AOVR and VHF held aVietnamese children’s festival at residential area No. 7 for Vietnamesediplomatic corps in Simferopol street , southwestern Moscow .

The area has been home to nearly 40 Vietnamese households over the past 10 years.-VNA

“I Love My Country” media campaign launched

Running from August 4 to September 2, under the hashtag #TuHaoVietNam, the campaign invites participants in two categories: “I Love My Country” video clips and “I Love My Country” check-in photos.

With a tight 13-month deadline, the move is under a strategic and urgent policy to bridge educational gaps, train the local workforce, and shore up territorial sovereignty in some of the country’s most remote areas.
