Vietkings representatives presented aVietnam Record certification to Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company(PNJ), the maker of the scarf, at a ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City onNovember 10 as part of the Vietnam International Jewelry Fair 2013.
The hand-made scarf, 130cm in length and 27cm in width, wasdesigned by PNJ with 2,880 gold bars. Bronze drum and flying birdpatterns had been carved on each of the gold bars.
Theartwork, made of 8k gold, weighs 44.7 taels and is valued at more than 2billion VND. It took PNJ designers and artisans a total of 240 hours tocomplete the product.-VNA
