Vietnam’s property company Netland opens office in Japan
Vietnamese property developer Netland Real Estate JSC has opened a representative office in Tokyo, a step in the company’s plans to expand into the international market to attract investment into its projects in Vietnam.

Hanoi (VNS/VNA) – Vietnamese property developer Netland Real EstateJSC has opened a representative office in Tokyo, a step in the company’s plansto expand into the international market to attract investment into its projectsin Vietnam.
The office will introduce the company’s real estate projects to partners andinvestors in Japan, and hopes to attract especially individual investors to thereal estate, particularly the tourism property segment in Vietnam.
It is also collaborating with local real estate trading floors and companies tosell its products there and also Japanese products to Vietnamese.
At the opening ceremony on March 28, the company introduced 16 projects that itsolicits investment and its ongoing projects, including those that it holdsexclusive distribution rights.
Japan was the top investor in Vietnam last year with investments of 8.59billion USD, or almost a quarter of the total FDI.

Property developers have started constructing coastal projects in the central city in response to the rising prices of coastal property following the stagnant period in 2013-15.
