VSIP Quang Ngai to develop green city

VSIP Quang Ngai Ltd.Co said on July 25 it will develop a green urban area project in central Quang Ngai province worth over 1.2 trillion VND (54 million USD).

Quang Ngai (VNA) - VSIP Quang Ngai Ltd.Co said on July 25 it will develop a green urban area project in central Quang Ngai province🦩ꦍ worth over 1.2 trillion VND (54 million USD).

The VSIP Quang Ngai Urban Area, licensed in June last year, will cover 254.51 hectares. Of which 21,000 square metres will be zoned off for a park with a lake and an entertainment ward.
Once completed, the project is expected to provide 6,500 apartments, accommodating a 34,650 residents.
Site clearance was started in February this year. Under the first phase of the project, the Thien My Loc residential area, VSIP Park and VSIP Plaza will be constructed and completed by the end of this year.-VNA
