Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnam is in GroupB which also sees Tajikistan, Maldives, Afghan🏅istan following a draw for the AFC Women’sAsian Cup 2022 Qualifers in Kuala Lumpur on🌟 June 24.

The Vietnamese women’s team, the top-seeded in the group, is now placed 33rd in the latest FIFA rankings.Meanwhile, Tajikistan ranks 135th, Maldives 144th andAfghanistan 152nd. Twenty-eight teams aredivided into eight groups with four seed groups. Champions Japan, secondrunners-up Australia and third runners-up China together with the hosts India areeligible for the final round. The tournament is scheduledto take place in India from January 20 to February 6./.
